There is specific details on our 90-day guarantee on each client's contract with Ascend. Refund requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property: All content, software, and materials provided by Ascend Trading LLC, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms, are the intellectual property of Ascend Trading LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
